These terms of usage will be used and implemented in all transactions unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon placing an order, the client(you) agrees to the following terms:
- All purchases are non-refundable, and all sales are final once payment has been sent.
- By default, all orders are for PERSONAL, NONCOMMERCIAL use (printouts, wallpapers, etc).
- If you are looking for COMMERCIAL use of my artwork (t-shirt sales, merchandise, etc) please notify me before payment. Prices will differ.
- Payments are to be made through Paypal Invoices in USD($).
- I am not responsible for the difference in foreign currency.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, no due date will be set for the final piece.
- Upon request, a rough sketch will be sent for your approval before payment is sent. One free major change request is allowed.
- Any additional design changes are allowed on a case-by-case basis and may increase the final price at the artist’s discretion.
- The final product will be two digital, full-resolution A4 size JPEG images at 300 dpi unless otherwise requested. One with a watermark, and one without a watermark.
- The client may only repost the watermarked version unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Haggling is not allowed.
- I reserve the right to refuse any order.
